Our project management team includes a single point of contact who coordinates all aspects of each job.
Since many of the process systems we design use dangerous chemicals, there is no room for error. Before the actual commissioning of any part or system, we spend many hours perfecting the software design beginning with a thorough inventory of all the equipment required. At the same time, we analyze their intended use, environment, lifespan, placement and other important details. We communicate with our clients, and if need be, their chemical suppliers, to learn everything about specific concerns, issues and priorities. LED Plant lighting & automation project:

Client Details: Coca-Cola Canners - Wadeville / Sagie Sanasy

Scope of work: 

• Supply and install new 120W LED Highbay fittings in the Production hall
• Supply and install new 70W LED Highbay fittings in the warehouses
• Supply and install new 50W LED highbay fittings underneath the entrance canopies and all other canopies including loading bays
• Supply & Install new recessed LED panel lights in offices
• Supply and install 16W LED downlights in ablution rooms, storerooms and canteen.
• Retrofit existing 5ft fittings with LED tubes -Supply and install LED floodlights for perimeter lighting.
• Supply and install lux sensors for control and automation of production hall lighting.
• Develop electrical drawings for lighting control panel.
• Supply and install lighting control panel complete with S7 300 PLC and 15" HMI for automation of production hall lighting.
• Development of PLC & HMI software to include consumption history complete with peak graphs
• Install Automatic Changeover panel for emergency generator and configure PLC & HMI for emergency profile.
